Is there a setup fee?

No, we don’t have any one-time fees. You only pay once work has begun!

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you request a plan change, it will take effect in the following month.

Are there any long-term contracts?

No, you can cancel your service at any time with a 30 day notice. 

What if I don't use all of my allotted hours?

Your Relationship Partner helps you maximize success with your Virtual Assistant in the time allotted and works with you to create a custom plan to do so. We understand factors change and we are happy to work with you to adjust your plan as needed.

Where do I apply?

How many hours can I work?

Up to you! Some contractors work 10 hours per week, others choose to work 40+

Will I be supported throughout my engagement?

Absolutely! Each engagement will have a dedicated Relationship Manager who works alongside each contractor and is always available to assist with any questions you may have from communication to delegation to billing!

Do I have to work nights or weekends?

No. We ask our contractors to be available Monday through Friday from 9am – 5pm local time.
